Purchase Terms & Developer Information
Information to review before making an App Store in-app purchase.
Products and prices
The app, playback with five active discs, and saving and switching between two magazines are free. Optional one-time, non-consumable purchases add reusable saved-configuration slots, up to ten including the two free slots.
- One additional magazine slot: adds one reusable saved-configuration slot. Up to eight additional slots are available.
- Unlock all remaining slots: adds the remaining slots, bringing the total to ten. Offered when cheaper than buying the remaining slots individually. Previous purchases do not receive a credit or refund.
Prices and currencies vary by your Apple Account’s App Store country or region, rather than the app or website language, and may change. The app’s purchase buttons show the current local App Store prices. Review the final price shown in Apple’s purchase confirmation before purchasing.
No subscription, automatic renewal, shipping fee, or additional fee is charged by the developer. Your own network charges may apply.
Payment and delivery
Purchases use Apple’s in-app purchase system exclusively. Payment methods and billing time depend on your Apple Account payment settings and Apple’s purchase terms. There are no direct website sales or external payments.
Capacity is added after the purchase completes and the app verifies the entitlement. Pending purchases are applied after approval. If capacity does not appear, use Restore Purchases or contact support.
Requirements and restoration
A compatible iPhone with iOS 18 or later is required. Product information, purchases, and restoration need a connection to the App Store and an Apple Account. Music-library access requires permission, and Apple-service playback depends on your existing subscription and availability. Files playback works without music-library permission.
Deleting a saved configuration does not remove purchased capacity. Entitlements can be restored using the same Apple Account. The app does not sync saved configurations or audio files between devices.
Cancellation, refunds, and problems
You can cancel before confirming the purchase in Apple’s purchase sheet. After purchase, request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem page; Apple handles eligibility according to its procedures and terms. Refunded or revoked entitlements reduce additional capacity, but existing saved configurations are not automatically deleted.
Contact support if a purchase fails to unlock capacity or for other problems. This information does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law or the developer’s responsibility for nonconforming performance.
Driving safety
Load music, edit magazines, change settings and make purchases on your iPhone only when safely parked. Focus on driving and follow applicable traffic laws and vehicle instructions. Avoid CarPlay interactions when they distract you. The app does not provide vehicle control or safety-system functions.
Apple Music, content and compatibility
Apple Music playback depends on your subscription, music being in your library, regional availability, Apple authorization, network access and related conditions. Neither the app nor a capacity purchase provides an Apple Music subscription or rights to songs. Undownloaded songs require a connection. Changes to Apple services or removal of content by rights holders may affect playback.
The app is provided by an independent developer. It does not imply that Apple supplies, endorses or guarantees its quality. Apple Music, CarPlay and other trademarks belong to their respective owners. Use audio and artwork only as you are legally entitled to do. The app does not grant rights to record, extract or redistribute songs.
Operation depends on the supported operating system, vehicle display, audio format, permissions, network and external services. Compatibility with every environment, uninterrupted operation and error-free performance are not guaranteed. Manage original audio and necessary saved data using your operating system and file services.
Scope of limitations and your rights
Warranties and liability are governed by Apple’s Standard EULA and applicable law. This information does not exclude liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or mandatory consumer rights. Effects of third-party service interruptions or user errors are addressed according to their causes and applicable law. Contact support about defects or purchase-entitlement problems.
